Super friendly place with what I would call a country home cooking. We visited on Thanksgiving and enjoyed the experience except the food was super salty. I'm sure it was because they were busy. Probably worth another try on a different day

I’m usually someone who avoids buffets (germaphobe here), but after reading the reviews and my husband convincing me to give it a try, I’m glad we did. The food was surprisingly good—well-seasoned and served at the perfect temperature. We were probably the youngest people there, but that didn’t take away from the experience. If you’re looking for a solid meal outside of the resort, this is definitely a spot worth checking out.

Stopped in for lunch at Granny’s Kitchen and was not disappointed! The buffet had a great spread of Southern comfort food – fried chicken, roast beef, you name it – and everything tasted fresh and homemade. The staff was friendly as and made us feel right at home. If you’re in Cherokee, do yourself a favor and swing by. You won’t leave hungry!

Small buffet with a big taste. 2 meats 2 vegetables 2 kinds of bread one potato, and salad bar. The ham was a pleasant surprise with pineapple sauce too!!

They are quite busy at lunch time. This is a buffet style restaurant and the food is very good with a variety of selections. Caution though, wear a hat. The busboys clean tables immediately so if you all get up at the same time for more your drinks and such will be gone when you get back. Leave a hat or something on the table so they know you are not finished and coming back to the table.

This was a religious experience. I wanted to keep eating til they had to call an ambulance to roll me outta there from a self induced food coma, for breakfast AND dinner. Prices are also very reasonable. There are no words to describe how good the food was. Normally for buffets, the quality isn’t quite as good as a normal sit down restaurant. This place tasted like Granny cooked this for her favorite grandson on his birthday. The waitress was amazing both times, incredible hospitality. We can’t wait to come back.

We try to catch the breakfast buffet anytime we come into town. Great food, great service, good vibes. We love it. The name is perfect because it tastes just like Grandma's.

My server was a very pleasant lady named Mary Ann with 20 years of service here @ Granny's!! Ms. Ann then introducedme to the Owner Mr. Ray Williams whom has been in business for over 41 years ... since 1984 Mr. Williams added! Yikes!! (That's A Long Time!) First time patronizing this Restaurant, have a great overall Experience. Staffing was Classy and Professional. 'ed Ms. Mary Ann!! Food was Downhome good, Reminding me of how my mother would cook. They got me to try their Baked Chicken!! I've not eaten chicken in the bone in I've 30 year ... and it was good!!Meat falling off the bone! I Will Certainly Be Back Here Soon!!
